Project timelines vary based on application complexity, data volume, compliance requirements, and team readiness. A typical enterprise cloud migration follows this pattern: 2–4 weeks for assessment and architecture design, 8–16 weeks for infrastructure buildout and application migration in waves, and 4–8 weeks for optimization and handoff. We use a phased approach starting with non-critical workloads before migrating mission-critical systems.
We design for your specific Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements. For high availability, we leverage multi-availability zone deployments with automatic failover, load balancing, and automated health checks with self-healing.
